Project Intelligence
Know which projects need attention this week, and why. AI agents rate every project, show the evidence, and recommend the next step.
The Questions Your PMs Ask Every Week
Today the answers mean pulling reports and reading documents. Project Intelligence answers them in seconds, in Teams.
“Which projects need my attention?”
A ranked list across your whole portfolio.
“Why is this project Red?”
The exact figures and document lines behind it.
“What changed since last week?”
Every status move, with its cause.
“What should I do next?”
A recommended action for each risk.
Every Signal a PM Tracks, in One Rating
Each risk area gets its own rating. The project's overall status is its worst area, so one serious problem is never averaged away.
How much of the budget is used, and whether cost is over budget.
Estimate at completion against budget, and how old the forecast is.
How long work has sat unbilled, and any billing holds.
Overdue client invoices and how long they have been outstanding.
Missing, unapproved or wrongly coded time.
Overdue milestones and slipping finish dates.
Open change requests and pending variations.
Risk signals in status reports and meeting minutes.

It never writes to Vantagepoint or sends a message on its own. It only recommends.
Evidence on every rating
No Red or Amber without the figures or document lines behind it.
No guessing
Missing data is flagged as missing, never reported as healthy.
Your permissions apply
People see only the projects and documents they can already access.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Project Intelligence change anything in Vantagepoint?
No. It is read-only. It reads Vantagepoint data and project documents, and only recommends actions for your team to take.
Which documents does it read?
Status reports, meeting minutes and scope correspondence stored in your project folders in SharePoint or Teams. We agree the scope with you.
How is the Red, Amber or Green rating worked out?
Each of the eight risk areas is rated against agreed thresholds. The overall status is the worst area, and a priority score ranks projects across the portfolio.
Can we change the thresholds?
Yes. Thresholds are tuned with your team during the pilot and can be adjusted as you learn.
What if some data is missing in Vantagepoint?
The agent says so. Missing data is shown as insufficient, never assumed to be healthy.
